Currency training and jumps must be scheduled in advance. All currency dives subject to minimum $35 retrain fee plus slots and instructor fees. 
We adhere to the United States Parachute Association's Basic Safety Requirements for our currency policy.

Skydive Kansas reserves the right to require additional instruction and jumps based on date of last jump and jump history.  All currency dives subject to minimum $35 retrain fee plus slots and instructor fees.  Students who have not yet earned their license and have had access to our Online Ground School may be retrained at just the price of their jump. Currency training and jumps must be scheduled in advance.


SKILL LEVEL who have not made a jump within the previous must complete these requirements under direct supervision of a certified instructor
Phase 2 and 3 Students 30 days refresher ground training;
perform Maneuvers I
(or repeat last dive if not reached that level yet)
Phase 2 and 3 Students 60 days retake Ground School;
perform Maneuvers I
(or repeat last dive if not reached that level yet)
A Licensed 60 days refresher ground training;
demonstrate ability to start and stop turns, maintain altitude awareness, pull stable on own
A Licensed 90 days more extensive refresher training;
demonstrate ability to start and stop turns, maintain altitude awareness, pull stable on own
B Licensed 90 days refresher ground training;
make at least one jump under the direct supervision of a USPA Instructor/Coach
C Licensed 120 days refresher ground training;
make at least one jump under the direct supervision of a USPA Instructor/Coach
D Licensed 6 months refresher ground training;
make at least one jump under the direct supervision of a USPA Instructor/Coach

Your reserve must be opened, inspected, and repacked by a certified FAA rigger every 180 days.
