3 Cessna Memorial Day Boogie!
Once again it's time for the SEVENTH Annual Memorial Day Pig Roast Boogie!  UPDATE: Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, THREE Cessnas will instead be TWO this year.  At N5901B's (Bravo's) annual this week (May 15), our mechanic unexpectedly broke the bad news that it needs a new engine.  Time constraints and requirements for this maintenance work will mean it will not be ready for Memorial Weekend.  We still plan to have Skydive Kansas City's Cessna, plus food and games.

The activities planned will be similar to years past, but with some possible "twists" and added fun:

• An AWESOME Pig Roast - the most juicy, tender BBQ yet, biscuits and gravy for breakfast on SUNDAY!  BRING your appetite and a side dish!  Family and friends welcome to come watch!
• Also on Sunday, Skydive Kansas' two ONE Cessna 182 (N100SD) plus the Cessna from Skydive Kansas City located in Butler, MO!  We thank them for coming back to join us again this year!
• Pilots ready for great spots and CLOSE jumpruns, just like years past, for some GREAT 8 or 12 ways!
• Camping on the DZ allowed, or for real camping facilities go to Pomona or Melvern Lakes, or Crosswind RV park, less than 7 miles away.
• Fun, prizes and Money saving Skydiving Games: On Saturday, the "Target Game" and "Poker", on Sunday, "DOUBLE DZ Dollars Days" and possible some Nostalgic SPEED STAR CONTESTS?  and on Monday, "Dice Dives", the "Hat Game".
• A possible exhibition of the NEW & HUGE demo American Flag plus the American flag Wind Blade, to celebrate not only the start of GOOD jumping weather, but also the amazing freedom we've had to enjoy this sport.
• No tandems or lower level student jumps on Sunday, so the planes are available for UP jumpers!
