Bram Clement of skydivingratings.com oversees the tandem instructor course. Part of the ground requirements, in addition to several classroom hours, were to perform 5 cutaways in a special tandem hanging harness. Little did Rick know when he walked into the hangar he was doomed to be the passenger!
