Please excuse our mess while we remodel!

Thanks to the cooperation of the City of Osage City, Skydive Kansas is remodeling areas of the hangar.  Some areas in badly need of repair are being hit first: the bathroom floor was replaced with cement, as the existing floor was severely damaged by water and termites.  Several sheetrock panels, studs, and one entire wall were also replaced.  In addition, we're adding on a shower!  Future plans also include a small kitchenette area, and a window A/C.  These improvements to the pilot lounge will benefit Skydive Kansas regulars, our visitors, plus pilots who hangar or happen to pass by Osage City.

The manifest area was also targeted.  The office now has a manifest window for increased efficiency and security. Plans for the student room include sheetrock, adding a window, and possibly window air conditioning unit.

The "finishing touches" are still to come, so please excuse our mess in the meantime.  The more bad weekend weather we have, the faster the improvements can be made, but we actually kinda hope for a "slow pace" (means we're jumping alot!)
