When Pigs Fly...
11th Annual Memorial Day Pig Roast May 26 - 28, 2007
Saturday, Sunday & Monday, May 26, 27 & 28 is our Annual Memorial Weekend Pig Roast. Usually we just eat the pig, but this year you can also JUMP the PIG! Hot air balloon jumps will be available for $125, first come first serve. See Jen for details & to sign up. (Must have B license & either familiar with DZ or 100 jumps.) Ed Smith from Eagle View Ballooning in LeCompton, Kansas is the pilot. Jumps will take place Saturday & Sunday at sunup and dusk.

The "big" day is Sunday, May 27th with our friends from Wichita Air Capital Dropzone AND from Skydive Kansas City will be here, so plan to do some 8 to 12 ways out of 3 Cessnas!. We'll have our barbeque as usual, featuring Rick's AWESOME cooking: brisket, ribs, chicken, and more! Plus some games for the air: skydive poker, accuracy contest, Mr. Potato Head jump, hoola hoop jumps and more... And games for the ground: a Bounce House & pony rides for the kids! Washers and LawnChair rides for the adults. Plus a contest to see who can pack a round parachute! We also will have the local band "On in Three" playing live for us again. Spectators are welcome, so bring your friends, family, a side dish, and your need to hurl a planet at yourself!
